One of the things of getting older is to watch my body change during the years.
Gravity is playing a part and is pulling my skin down, and this proces has only just begun.
Sometimes I imagine my body being 20 years older, I guess it will be worse.

I am in a rush again,I have to cook and watch the footballgame with friends tonight.

Due to a new medicine I got, my body responds different.
The hot weather got me down several times last week.
Today it happend again, I have slept for 4 hours.
It helped.
